Shipping and return policies for The Masonry

Orders will generally be processed within two to five(2-3) business days. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. If an item is out of stock/on backorder, or it is during the holiday season, expect a little wait.
Please note the following:
Paying with an e-check on paypal? Your processing begins once your e-check clears, not when you send it.
You will receive an email from The Masonry with a delivery confirmation number, indicating that your order has been shipped. Orders shipping via USPS and should arrive within three(3) to seven(7) days. If you haven't received your order within 15 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address, and transaction number, and we will do our best to track down your order.
Currently we do not offer international shipping. Sorry.
- Return Policy
All items must be returned/exchanged within 45 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for domestic orders and 90 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for international orders. Returns/Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in resell-able condition. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the shipment back to purchaser on exchanges, and a 15% restocking fee for returns.Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the details of your order. All returns/exchanges require an RA# that can only be provided by emailing us. Send the shipping and restocking money along with your item as cash, check/money order made out to "The Masonry", or you may send money through paypal to email@example.com.
